77kids by american eagle, the kids brand from American Eagle Outfitters, Inc., today announced a voluntary recall of select styles of toddler girls pants, jeans and shorts (sold in sizes 12 to 18 months, 18 to 24 months, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, and 5 years). The slide closure on the front of the waistband of these items can become detached and present a potential choking hazard. The company asks that customers stop using these products immediately and return them for a full refund. These products have been removed from the five 77kids stores and Web site.
